Assistant Superintendent

Hours: M – F  7am to 4pm

 

Job Summary:
A support position for our growing & dynamic Construction team! This position will be assisting the Superintendents to ensure we are meeting deadlines and continue to offer the highest quality work.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: This list is not all inclusive

• Participate as an active member of the Production Department team. Work under the direction of the Superintendent and Director of Construction.
• Prepare home for a quality, on time delivery to the customer.
• Perform a variety of tasks involving some physical labor along with hand and power tools
• Maintain a top-rate customer service attitude for internal and external customers.
• Develop a professional and ethical relationship with all Trade Partners, enforcing Trade Partners Scope of Work and company safety programs.
• Follow company and industry safety rules, practices and procedures.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience and understanding of basic construction methods and materials.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

 

Work Environment:

• Business casual, fun and positive, dynamic and fast paced
• Work Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm and any additional hours needed to complete the work
