Framing Technician

Hours: M – F  7am to 4pm

Job Summary:

We are looking for an individual who takes pride in their work, has an eye for detail ,and can work well on a team. Candidates should be able to follow detailed instructions and complete their tasks in an efficient and timely manner. Looking for experienced carpenters, or someone looking to start a carpentry career.

Core Accountabilities/Essential Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
• Move lumber and materials as needed around jobsite under the direction of the foreman.
• Build new construction homes under the direction of the foreman.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledge of using power tools, nail guns, levels, and other hand tools.
• Comfortable working on ladders and heights.
• Comfortable working in all types of weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s license with reliable transportation. Jobsite location changes for every project.

Work Environment:

• This is a fast paced, outdoor environment. Site conditions can change quickly with weather.
• Year-round work
